Are your dehydrated?

Water is one of the most, if not MOST important fluid for us. Recommended intake is 2 litres a day. Without water, we can become dizzy and extremely dehydrated.  But how do we know when we are in need of hydration?  

  • Bad breath
  • Fatigue
  • Hunger and cravings
  • Dark urine
  • Not peeing enough
  • Bloated
  • Dry skin
  • Not sweating
  • Weight gain
  • Chapped lips
  • Poor sleep
  • Brain fog
  • Dark undereyes
  • Constipation
  • Joint pain
  • Headaches
  • Weakness

Make sure to up your water intake to avoid all of these. Drinking enough water can be beneficial including clearer skin and feeling healthier!
