Refund policy

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item, we are happy to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition with tags within 30 days of receipt.

To process your returns please email us at: info@everyday-phenomenal.com. Please give complete details of your order/exchange item. We will send you an email notifying the address to send the return / exchange item. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please allow up to 15 days from receipt of the item to receive the exchanged item or refund.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty in some way. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email info@everyday-phenomenal.com to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
