Morning checklist
Having a structured morning routine can set your day up, make you feel less stressed due to organisation and lead to a better mood? Don’t know where to start or how to have a regular morning routine? Here are some ideas:
- Make your bed
- 10 minute morning journal or meditation
- 5-10 minute stretch
- Brush your teeth and wash your face
- Put on a comfy outfit to work from home - not PJs
- Make a hot drink
- Make a health breakfast
- Set up your work desk
- Write up to do list for the day
- Open up blinds and curtains to let natural light in
