Blueberry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

On the go? We love this Deliciously Ella Blueberry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie recipe, when we’re rushing to get out of the door on time. It only takes five minutes and fills you with energy, getting you ready for the day ahead. 


Ingredients:

1 banana

Handful of blueberries 

½ cup of cold water 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tbsp oats 

1 tbsp almond butter

2 pitted dates 


Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor 
  2. Pulse until smooth - add a dash more water if needed
