The Best Gluten Free Nachos!

These gluten-free nachos are a great snack for when friends and family come over, but also, this dish is the ultimate girl dinner.

The recipe below calls for the typical nacho accoutrements, but feel free to chop up and add extra veggies in your fridge and swap out the cheese for a dairy-free option.

1 pound organic, ground beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup canned black beans
2 bags of Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup sliced fresh jalapeños
4 cups grated organic Mexican blended cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup pico de gallo
1 cup guacamole
2 cups salsa 


1. Cook ground beef until brown. 
2. Mix in taco seasoning according to instructions.
3. While the ground beef is cooking, saute garlic and onions with black beans in a separate skillet.
4. Top Siete Dip Chips with ground beef and black bean mixture. Add jalapeños, cheese, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, and guacamole as desired.
