TED Talk: Teach Girls Bravery Not Perfection by Reshma Saujani

Reshma Saujani is the founder of Girls Who Code, which is a non-profit organisation that aims to close the gender gap in technology, with a goal to get one million women in computer science by 2020. She is also the author of book 'Brave, Not Perfect.' She argues here that we raise our girls to be perfect, and our boys to be brave but to truly innovate and progress in the world, we cannot leave half of the population behind. She urges “I need each of you to tell every young woman you know to be comfortable with imperfection.”
